What We Do

At CORE Forensics, we offer a range of forensic testing services, including roof testing. We use various testing methods to determine the roofing system’s condition, including visual inspections, delamination tests, desaturation testsmicroscopic evaluations, gravimetric testing, and sample viscosity testing.

Why Forensic Roof Testing is Important

There are many reasons why forensic roof testing is important. First and foremost, it helps to identify any underlying damage or durability issues in the roofing system. This can help prevent leaks and other types of damage that can be costly to repair. In addition, forensic roof testing can help extend the roofing system’s life by identifying and addressing issues early on.

Another reason why forensic roof testing is important is that it can provide valuable information for insurance claims. If a storm or other event has damaged your building, forensic testing can help determine the cause and extent of the damage, which can be useful when filing an insurance claim.
